You have 24 hours after delivery of artwork to request a return. Please contact us directly (conorcheshirepaints@gmail.com). You will receive a full refund.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order please contact conorcheshirepaints@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchasing. We cannot promise any cancellations as all sales are final however we will do our best to support you.
DAMAGES
Our orders are checked and wrapped with the utmost care so you receive your order in perfect condition.
In the rare occasion order may have been damaged during transit, please contact conorcheshirepaints@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and supply all of the below information in an email.
- Full name and order number (this can be found in your order confirmation email).
- A photo of the damaged product
- A photo of the interior packaging and delivery box
